A joke podcast

Self evaluation

In my oral presentation I used: power point, video, images and sounds.
My oral presentation lasted between 10 minutes and I speak on the subjecto of Apple and Android.

I believe that I looked at the audience. Occasionally looked at some numbers on the power point and also of the paper for continue and I do the odd moviment with the hands.
I used a lot of discource markers to help the audience follow along. Exemple: Finally, then etc.

The content of my presentation is very accurate, and I talk about Apple or Android and will give new information to the audience.
In my opinion the grammar was correct and the vocabulary was varied and  I used sentence connectors.

I think the audience could understand me  and I changed the tone of my voice and I also spoke fluently.

In my opinion I think I do ok but could be better, In my opinion I think I echo ok but could be better.

Britons spend 11 hours a day looking at mobiles, tablets, laptops and TVs

In this article we learn that the average Britan looks at a screen 77,3 hours per week.
They only walk outside 5 hours and 44 minuts and 12 hours and 58 minutes. with her family.
This stadistics means problems for people's eyes. It aslo tells us that possibly smartphones are bad for the sight.
In addition this news article explains that when people are waching any kind of screen they blink less, possibly they can suffer dry eyes syndrome.
Experts say that the time we spend watching screens is too high.
In my opinion this article is correct but in this time all is linkeld to computers mobile phones etc...

Now if you want to work you need a good level of information technollogy.

Consequently we need regular test fot our sight if not in some times we will have a lot of eyes problems.

'You've just killed my mum':

This article is about animal abuse.
Alot of people when they are on holidays like a sovenir of a photo with and exotic animal, and after they put this picture in facebook, twitter, etc...
Sadly this animals suffer a lot. Now the group Care for the wild want too show people with a campaign that called "No photos, please".

We also learn the damage these photos have for the animals: damage for the eyes, they take out the teeth and the claws. Some of this animals now are endangered species.

I agree with this article because this busines is cruel.
People need to stop suying this photos, this way, this action will stop.

European Films

Firstly, I think that American films are better than European films. When you see some European film like spanish films. They are a little poor, if you compare with American films. However Italian films are better than Spanish films but the some thing happens when we compare with American films.

On the other hand, while Spanish and Italian films fighting about which are better, I would like to speak about french films that for me are on the other level. When I was younger, more or less seven years ago, a french film that I like so much was "Pantera Rosa" a comedy film.

And finally I'm going to speack about English films. I believe that we can compare and discuss how films are better: American films or English films. For me, James Bond, the secret police, is the group of films that are better, with all of sture are the best European films: They have action, a little bit of comedy, fight and death.

Video games can make your brain BIGGER

This news article explains about a test by German reserchers to see the effect of video games on your brain.
I learn that playing video games for 30 minutes a day boosts memory ability to plan and dexterity.

There are people that think video games are waste of time, but now the scientists have said something different.

Playing video games improve our brain and possibly can help with psychiatric disorders.

This article is interesting because all my life I have played video games and s lot of times my parents have critised me for playing to much now I know I was correct.

Adults were to play Super Mario

Because of this she is mistaken for a teenager.

She eats a lot of fruits and vegetables and she has invented some recipes.
When she was a student she was diferent and she ate McDonalds, Chinese and she drank alchol.

This article, specially the photo because she looks young.
I like the idea os this diet but for me it would be impossible because I like meet cheese, bread, etc. too much.

Youthful: Susan Reynolds claims her raw food diet is the reason for her fresh-faced looks and healthy body

If I could return to any age... which age would it be?

I would go back to when I was 6 years old, for many reason, for example:

- Life was easier than now, because there was less stress.

- One of the main reasons is I spent all day playing football because I thought I could be a tup football player world of football.

- Every thing in school was easier and there were not so many worries, for exams, projects, home work, etc...

- What you wore what not important, because all the children wore anything and designer levels were not important.

- To come to believe in kings.

- Would return to being a child to relive the life I've lived.

Monday is the least productive day for HALF the nation

This article is about how Monday is the last productive day for the half of English workers.
Almost half go to work Monday morning in the wrong mindset or tired.
57 per cent suffer from anxiety at the weekend and a lot work minimum 3 hours at the weekend.

A study of 6000 people showed more than half thought that work is negative in their lives.
Apsycologist at the London Stress Clinic said that people need time to relax at the weekend.

In my experience I agree with this article. On Friday I feel happy relaxed Saturday I feel less happy and relaxed and the Sunday I feel stressed and anxious thinking about the next week.

Back to work: Monday is the least productive day of the week, with a third of workers saying they feel tired from the weekend (library image)

Britain's child obesity epidemic

This news article explains about Britain's child obesity epidemic.
In this article we learn that Nearly 1000 children have been to hospitals in the last three years, because they are fat.

It also explains about a fifth of four-year-old are now everweight.
In addition in the last three years 932 children unde the age of 15 they needed medical attention however possibly the numers are higher.
As well this article tells us that a hospital treated a tenmonth-old-baby for obesity.+

In my opinion in these times to be fat is bad fot the health and the obese people need to do something.
I believe that now there are more children over weight because they have a sedentaly life and they eat a lot of jonk food.

Nearly 1,000 children have been referred to hospitals in the last three years because of their weight

Email.

Hello. My name is Alex Garcia. I am 16 years old and I am studying second

year of socials Batxillerat at Castello d' Empuries high school. I live in

Castello with my parents.

My short term goals are to pass Batxillerat and Selectivitat with good
grades and go to university to study ADE Economics. I hope to live in an
apartment or halls of residence with my friends.

In the long term, initially when I leave university I hope to get a job and
if possible do a masters. I also want to have a family and to improve my
career, working in a bank or having my own company.

All this will be hard and I will have to study a lot to achieve my goals. I
am lucky that my parents will help me financially and my brother will help
me study.
