How much hidden sugar is in YOUR diet?

This news article explains about hidden sugar in our diet.
It tells us the quantity of sugar in the food that we eat every day. This news article describes that a lot of foods that we don't think are unhealthy actually contain a large quantity of sugar.

A professor of cardiovascular medicine at Barts and the London Hospital, Graham MacGregor, revealed that the food industry  puts sugar in the food so we eat more. The worst is that we don't know so much sugar. Did you know that a one can of Coca-Cola contains 9 teaspoons of sugar?

This article shocked me, because I didn't know foods contained this much sugar. We know sugar is bad for us. I think it is incredible that diet food contains sugar  and also I think that this article will shock everybody. It is not correct for the food industry to put in secret this information.

Hidden enemy: A leading professor has warned that many of us have no idea how much sugar is hidden in certain foods. He has compared well-known sugary foods such as Coke, Frosties and popcorn with other that many of us consider to be quite healthy
